Website and Portal Terms

These terms describe use of the RWV Social Media website and invitation only workspaces. Questions or access problems can be sent to rich@rwvsocialmedia.com.

Website use and service status

The website introduces our services and allows you to contact us. An inquiry is not a booking, accepted offer, representation agreement or promise of work. Examples, illustrations and sample records are not confirmed campaigns, earnings or payments. Features marked as private tests or in development are not offered as a fully launched service.

Portal access and account security

Creator access is by invitation from RWV for signed creators. Private testing can also include specifically authorized test accounts. Use your invited email address and keep your password and invitation or recovery links confidential. Do not share an account, impersonate another person, attempt to access another creator’s records or bypass access restrictions. Contact RWV if you believe an account or link has been compromised.

The live website’s current workspace sign in uses ChatGPT. The separate private VPS test uses email and password accounts. A private test account does not change access to the live website. An account, invitation link or password setup is not proof that a creator participation agreement has been signed, and does not itself grant representation or negotiation authority.

Your information and files

Provide accurate information and correct material errors when you find them. Upload only material you have the right to share for the requested work. Do not upload malware, unlawful content or another person’s confidential information without permission. Do not include passwords, bank credentials, tax identifiers or unnecessary private personal information in general forms or uploads.

You retain your rights in your content. Storage, review and campaign delivery through the portal do not establish a general license for advertising, portfolio use, sublicensing or unrelated reuse. Content rights and permitted uses must be agreed separately with the relevant parties. The portal processes uploaded files to provide the requested storage and workflow functions. Keep your own copy of important files.

Campaign decisions and commercial agreements

Creator participation terms, fees, negotiation authority, exclusivity, content rights, deliverables, payment timing, cancellation and other commercial obligations belong in the applicable creator and campaign agreements. These website terms do not replace or amend those agreements. If a signed agreement sets a different commercial term, that agreement controls that matter.

Submitting onboarding details, selecting an optional permission or using an account does not authorize RWV to accept a brand deal, send outreach, change mailbox permissions, transfer money or grant additional account access outside the specific permission given. Campaign approvals apply only to the identified work and scope. Sample finance entries record test information and do not move funds.

Privacy and confidential work

Read the Privacy Policy for collection, storage, provider and request information. A privacy notice explains information handling; it is distinct from a creator agreement and does not create campaign permissions. Keep private briefs, creator records, feedback and content within the people authorized for the relevant partnership. Do not publish another person’s private portal information without permission.

Availability and access changes

Private test features can change or be temporarily unavailable. Access can be revoked by RWV staff, including when participation ends or an account needs protection. Revocation does not automatically cancel an accepted campaign, erase payment records or delete uploaded files. Contact RWV to resolve remaining work and request copies, corrections or deletion of records.

Updates and questions

We will post changes here with an updated effective date and describe material changes. Changes to a separate signed agreement require the process in that agreement.
